Our Team
Mike is a Managing Director, Portfolio Manager, and is Epoch’s Chief Risk Officer, heading the company’s Quantitative Research and Risk Management team. He is responsible for integrating risk management into the investment process.
Prior to joining Epoch in 2005, he was a Director and portfolio manager in the Quantitative Strategies Group at Columbia Management Group, Inc. In this role, he managed over $5 billion in mutual funds and separately managed portfolios.
Mike holds a BA degree in Computer and Information Science from Colgate University. He is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts, the Society of Quantitative Analysts and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Bill co-founded Epoch in 2004 and holds the roles of Executive Chairman, Co-Chief Investment Officer, and Portfolio Manager of the company’s global equity investment strategies. He is also the architect of the Shareholder Yield strategies. In addition, Bill leads the Investment Policy Group, a forum for analysing broader secular and cyclical trends that Epoch believes will influence investment opportunities.
He is the author of several published articles and papers on investing and finance, including the book Shareholder Yield: New Priorities for the Global Investor, which details the underpinnings of Epoch’s investment approach.
Bill holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, is a former CPA and a graduate of Duke University and the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Graduate School of Business.
Glenn is Head of the U.S. Fixed Income Team and Lead Portfolio Manager for several mutual funds, SMAs and institutional strategies, including the TD U.S. Corporate Bond Fund. He is former Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Strategist and Head of Fixed Income at TD Banknorth. He has extensive investment experience with progressively more senior roles, managing institutional and mutual funds at major U.S asset management firms. Glenn holds a B.A. in Economics from Colby College and an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University Graduate School of Business.
Mark is Head of Institutional Distribution. He oversees the Institutional Distribution Team, responsible for the development and implementation of business strategy to support the evolving needs of clients. He has extensive experience in fixed income and equity analysis. Mark holds a B.A. in Economics from McMaster University and a B. Comm. with Honours from the University of Windsor. He is also a member of the Operating Committee.
As Head of Business Governance & Portfolio Oversight, Julie is responsible for the risk analytics, monitoring, and performance oversight of all investment strategies, including fixed income, equity, quantitative, and synthetic mandates, managed by the firm. Her team is accountable for external manager research, including alternative investments and due diligence of all sub-advisors, separately managed accounts, and recommended mutual funds on behalf of the company in Canada and the U.S. She also oversees the firm’s regulatory governance and operational risk management. Julie was formerly Vice President at Epoch Harbour Capital, where she handled client service, trading, and operations for high-net-worth clients. She has prior experience with several leading firms in the Canadian brokerage industry. Julie holds a B.A. in Economics from Simon Fraser University. She is a member of the firm’s Operating Committee and the Executive Lead for key talent development programs, including the Rotational Analyst/Associate program, the Summer Internship program, and Women in Leadership initiatives.
Jason is Head of Product & Strategy. He has held successive roles with greater accountability for distribution channels in Canada and the U.S. and overall strategy. In a previous role as Analyst and Consultant for Epoch Wealth, he evaluated key proposals for executives. His experience covers finance, discount brokerage, and institutional money market. Jason holds a B.A. from the University of Toronto. He is a member of the firm’s Operating Committee, the Investment Performance Oversight Committee, and the Strategic Asset Allocation Committee. He also sits on the Board of Directors for the firm in the U.S. and Canada.
Jeff is Head of Retail Distribution, Sales Enablement, and Operations. Previously, he managed the strategic oversight of finance, information technology, investment operations, compliance, marketing, and human resources. Jeff is a former member of the Asset Allocation and Canadian Equity Portfolio Construction Team. In his previous role as a Senior Vice-President of Equity Trading at Epoch, he provided complete oversight of public equities trading. He holds a B. Admin. from the University of Regina and is a member of the firm’s Operating Committee and the Saskatchewan Society of Financial Analysts.
Toni is Head of Regulatory & Policy Governance, responsible for monitoring and controlling regulatory and control risks affecting the operations of the firm. In her previous role at a major Canadian insurance company, she supervised compliance and regulatory matters for operations in Canada, the U.S., the U.K. and Hong Kong. Her experience extends to roles at investment management companies, brokerage firms and a large public accounting firm, where she audited mutual funds. Toni holds a B. Comm. from the University of Toronto. She is a member of the firm’s Operating Committee, and Chair of the firm’s Policy Oversight Committee and Trade Management Oversight Committee.
Ingrid is responsible for developing and driving Sales Enablement of the company's investment solutions across all Retail and Institutional distribution channels. She leads the Marketing and Communications functions for the firm, including development of the Digital Strategy. Ingrid has held numerous senior management roles at the firm, including Head of Investment Product, Head of Epoch Wealth Portfolio Advice and Investment Research Teams, as well as Head of Client Portfolio Management. She has industry experience in fixed income trading and sales, institutional money management, and business development. Ingrid holds a B.A. in Economics from Glendon College at York University. She is a member of the firm’s Operating Committee and Board of Directors, as well as Executive Sponsor of the Epoch Wealth for Women program and a WXN Canada's Most Powerful Women Top 100 Award Winner, 2021.
David is Head of Investments and oversees teams that manage equities, fixed income, derivatives, alternatives, and balanced solutions. He is Co-Manager of the Epoch Tactical Monthly Income, Epoch North American Dividend, Epoch U.S. Monthly Income, and Epoch U.S. Dividend Growth Funds. David is also responsible for the firm's trading operations. He was formerly the Head of Public Equities at the firm. David also gained experience as an Analyst in the Equity Group, covering a wide range of sectors including Health Care, Consumer Staples, and Financials. As Chief Investment Officer, he is also chairperson of the Wealth Asset Allocation Committee. David holds a B. Comm. and B.A., both from Saint Mary’s University, an M.A. in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from Oxford University, and an M.Sc. in International Relations from the London School of Economics.
David is Managing Director, Managing Attorney, and Chief Compliance Officer for Epoch. Prior to joining Epoch in 2010, David was the general counsel and chief compliance officer at two hedge funds, Valhalla Capital and JL Advisors. Previously, he served as Chief Compliance Officer for alternative asset management firms, J.H. Whitney, LLC, and SAC Capital Advisors, LLC. His additional experience includes working in the legal and compliance departments at JP Morgan and Salomon Smith Barney, as well as working for the SEC in the Enforcement Division. David holds a BA from the University of Michigan and a JD from Brooklyn Law School.
Jason is Head of Advice Distribution, overseeing distribution strategy and client services. He is involved in the development of the firm's ETF business. He gained extensive experience in distribution having previously worked at two major Canadian financial institutions as Head of Distribution and Senior Vice President of Distribution. Jason holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Calgary. He is also a member of the Calgary Society of Financial Analysts.
Bill is Co-Chief Investment Officer of Epoch Investment Partners. He is also a portfolio manager for global and non-U.S. equity strategies. Bill joined Epoch in 2009 from PioneerPath Capital, a long/short equity hedge fund where he was a consumer and retail analyst. Prior to PioneerPath, he was a senior analyst at Level Global focused on the consumer and industrial sectors. He also held an equity research position at Louis Dreyfus Commodities and was a credit analyst with Citigroup. Bill holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Yale University and an MBA from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
Sean oversees the Global Institutional Business Development Team and is responsible for developing new relationships as the firm expands its offerings and capabilities to the global investing community by working with a team located across the globe and engaging investors to help meet their current and evolving needs. In addition to his market-facing role, he is also a strategic partner at the firm, responsible for business leadership, strategic planning, and talent management. Sean’s experience covers a broad career dealing with institutional investors, joining the firm with the acquisition of Greystone Managed Investments Inc., where he led the Institutional Distribution Team. He has a B. Comm. in Finance from Ryerson University.
Maura ensures the quality of the client experience through ongoing dialogue with client relationships for Epoch Global Investment Solutions to partner with clients and understand their current and evolving needs. She is a strategic partner at the firm, providing input to all internal stakeholders on client-related matters. She oversees parts of the Global Relationship Management Team, responsible for institutional and intermediary clients, talent management, and business leadership. Prior to joining Epoch Investment Partners in 2013, Maura managed institutional client and consultant relationships and led in-house marketing efforts at Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn, LLC. Previously, she was an institutional equity sales associate at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. Maura holds a BA in Mathematical Economics from Colgate University.
